SAFETY FIRST: Protective gloves and eyewear are recommended at this point.

Remove the two bolts, wire stay, and countershaft plate.

Slide out the countershaft collar. Remove the O-ring from the countershaft collar and discard the O-ring in favor of a new item.

Remove the countershaft seal with a seal pick. Remove the washer...
